The aforementioned series was created by Baltimore sneaker shops that helped save the retro basketball shoe by continuing to order new colorways from Nike. The Color of the Month pack from 2022 revives the look of the Air Force 1s from the vintage series. The Chocolate features an all-white leather construction with a Chocolate-colored leather Swoosh. The Nike Air branding on the heel is embroidered in a vintage style that harkens back to the original detailing found on the model in the early-to-mid 1980s.
